Delivery Information

Pro Beauty are delighted to offer you free standard tracked delivery on all orders within the UK over £20.00.

All orders are sent via DHL courier or Royal Mail where tracking information will be provided.

Delivery Timescales

Pro Beauty aim to despatch your order within 2 working days from time of order placed and aim to get your skincare to you as soon as possible!

We operate a Monday – Friday working hours so please take this in to consideration when placing orders over weekends or on Bank Holidays.

Please note – We are not able to provide an exact delivery time; delivery partners delivery daily between 8am – 8pm.

Delivery Surcharges

A postage surcharge of £5.95 will be charges to the following areas:

• Jersey
• Guernsey
• Republic of Ireland

Returns Policy

For orders from Pro Beauty products, items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition. Please notify info@probeautyproducts.co.uk in writing within 14 days of receiving your order to receive a refund.

Your refund will be processed, once it has been delivered to our warehouse and within 10 days of the goods arriving back to us. Refunds can take up to 1 week to appear back into your account.
